Hi erin!

i can't upload anything.
when i look at the phpinfo() my "upload_tmp_dir" has NO VALUE.

I tried...
ini_set('upload_tmp_dir', '/home/tomahack/tmp/images') or die('ini set tmp dir failed');

So, with the move_uploaded_file function, i need to provide a server tmp dir !


Here is the error message..
UPLOAD_ERR_NO_TMP_DIR

Value: 6; Missing a temporary folder. Introduced in PHP 4.3.10 and PHP 5.0.3.


How that can happen ?

P.S (Before it was working...maybe 2 years ago..)

if it can help others..my problem is resolved.
my /TMP dir was setted to 755. :S

It seems like upload_tmp_dir << is a folder and doesn't exist. If not try CHMOD the folder to 775
